How It Works

Level #1: Two Part Initial Strategy and Reappraisal Session

Our first session together is comprised of two parts.

First, I will ask you to complete a Business Healthcheck document, which will then be followed by a 90 minute telephone consultation. This session will afford us both the opportunity to reflect on the impact your current marketing activities have – and more importantly – gain a much deeper insight into the direction, results and goals you want to achieve with your business over the months ahead.

Second, I will ask you to send me all of your current promotional materials: copies of sales letters, emails, adverts, leaflets etc. I will then undertake a full audit all of your marketing literature, and provide detailed feedback and direction, so you can gain even greater impact from your promotional messages.

The Initial Strategy and Reappraisal Session is key, as it will provide us with a comprehensive review of where your business is currently at. In other words, take stock, assess and reappraise the business development strategies and assets you are currently using and how you currently position yourself in the market place.

Level #2: Fortnightly 90 Minute Telephone Consultations

This is where the work really starts as we focus on growing and developing your business together.

Each 90 minute telephone consultation will be part instruction and part discussion. I will provide you with very specific and results-driven marketing strategy applicable to your business, underpinned with a distinct set of tactics and action points to work on in-between our sessions.

We can also use each consultation to discuss your most immediate marketing and business growth challenges – how best to refine and refocus your day-to-day promotional activities, as well as any other issues that come to the light during the daily course of working in your business. In other words, you'll get answers and direction literally on an ongoing basis.

Level #3: A Bimonthly Face-to-Face Business Development Day

A very unique aspect of this coaching programme, is that we will meet face-to-face every two months to cover every facet of your business development. We will review the strategies discussed and implemented during our one-to-one telephone consultations, as well as focus and course correct our approach during the coming months.

The bimonthly face-to-face meetings are the perfect opportunity for us to dig even deeper into your business. Nothing is off limits. We can use it to review your promotional materials, activities, business development strategies. Each meeting will last for at least 6 hours.

Most importantly it affords you the opportunity to work directly with me – and work 'on' your business as opposed to 'in' your business; away from the day to day distractions and demands of running your own business.

Level #4: Unlimited Email Support

There will be times between our fortnightly telephone consultations where you might need to run something by me, bounce some ideas around or generally need some direction and motivation.

With this is mind, I will also give you my personal email address so that I will be able to advise you on any immediate issues or challenges that you might want another opinion on. Similarly if I also come across and additional support or recommendations that I feel may support your business growth, then I will also pass these on to you.

I genuinely want you to feel that you have my full support at all times – and more importantly – can get hold of me, when you need me.

The Accelerated Business Growth Programme will afford you the perfect opportunity to take stock, re-assess your business and more importantly discover and implement "road tested", client attraction techniques – month in, month out.

Now, let me be incredibly honest and say that it does require hard work, determination and an investment in both time and money. If you expect to turnaround your business in 30 days or less, then you will be disappointed. Dedicated guidance, and the implementation of that guidance, can take time.

This doesn't mean to say you won't see results soon. There Is A Slight Catch...

The Accelerated Business Growth Programme is only made available to seven business owners at any given time. This ensures that every participant is guaranteed my full and exclusive attention. Also I specifically keep the numbers limited, as I only want to work with a select group of results-orientated business owners who are responsive, reliable and disciplined.

However, as I want to make this programme of support affordable and available to the right kind of business owner, the fee is £895 per month. If you feel that the profit-generating techniques I reveal over the coming weeks and months are not a tremendous 'education' in helping you grow your business. Or, if you walk away from any of the advisories and feel it added no value, then you can simply cancel your place.
