As the title implies, essentially I will be on-hand to help and guide you. How It Works

Level #1: Initial Strategy and Reappraisal Session

I will ask you to complete a Business Healthcheck document, which will then be followed by a 90 minute telephone consultation. This session will afford us both the opportunity to reflect on the impact your current marketing activities have – and more importantly – gain a much deeper insight into the direction, results and goals you want to achieve with your business over the months ahead.

The Initial Strategy and Reappraisal Session is key, as it will provide us with a comprehensive review of where your business is currently at. In other words, take stock, assess and reappraise the business development strategies and assets you are currently using and how you currently position yourself in the market place.

Level #2: Fortnightly 60 Minute Telephone Consultations

This is where the work really starts as we focus on growing and developing your business together.

Each 60 minute telephone consultation will be part instruction and part discussion. I will provide you with very specific and results-driven marketing strategy applicable to your business, underpinned with a distinct set of tactics and action points to work on in-between our sessions.

We can also use each consultation to discuss your most immediate marketing and business growth challenges – how best to refine and refocus your day-to-day promotional activities, as well as any other issues that come to the light during the daily course of working in your business. In other words, you'll get answers and direction literally on an ongoing basis.

Practical Marketing Know-How Month In, Month Out

I honestly believe that (deep down) business owners such as yourself want two clear outcomes from a coaching programme: access to regular, practical 'real-world' advice and independent accountability.

You see, workshops and seminars are great, as you can contemplate and examine specific parts of your business – however – once you've left the classroom and you're 'on your own' that initial enthusiasm, motivation and good intention slowly starts to wane.

Now for the best part: I currently charge private clients £1,500 per day (plus commission on new sales). However, as I want to make this programme of support affordable and available to the right kind of business owner, the fee is £495 per month. Literally for the price of a classified advert, you have the opportunity to tap into my insight, guidance and most important of all, the personal methodology needed to run a successful and profitable business – month in, month out.

Guarantee

If you feel that the profit-generating techniques I reveal over the coming weeks and months are not a tremendous 'education' in helping you grow your business. Or, if you walk away from any of the advisories and feel it added no value, then you can simply cancel your place.
