If we decide to work together, we will start with an Opportunity Analysis session. This will be a comprehensive review of how your business currently operates. In other words, we will take stock, assess and appraise the business development strategies you currently use.

Similarly we’ll dig deep and find out about your opportunities, your staff, your mindset, your past successes and failures, and how you currently position yourself in the market place. In fact, we will consider everything that is relevant to driving your business forward.

This session will afford us both the opportunity to reflect on the impact your current marketing activities have – and more importantly – gain a much deeper insight into the direction, results and goals you want to achieve for your business.

I will then formulate a proposal of strategy and activity to provide a clear way forward over the coming weeks and months. We will then work together to actively implement these suggestions through regular meetings in person or over the phone.
